A skin contact white wine made with 100% Bacchus grapes grown deep in the Malvern Hills. The grapes underwent a 17 day carbonic maceration, were fermented naturally with wild yeasts, and then left to develop for a year. The resulting wine is food-friendly amber wine with tropical fruit notes.
