Mad Med is an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine making natural, wild-fermented, unfiltered and low sulphur wine in a can in Provence.
This is the rosé made from 80% Grenache and 20% Vermentino. Beautifully crisp and invigorating with lightly saline strawberry, cranberry and pomegranate aromas, bright acidity and a hint of chalky minerality.
